Your body is always communicating. Sometimes it just needs a little help.
Whether you’re dealing with pain that keeps coming back, feeling stressed and overwhelmed, or simply needing a place to slow down and breathe, we can find a session that meets you where you are.
At Breathe Bodywork & Wellness in Vinton, Louisiana, my approach combines more than 25 years of massage therapy experience with therapeutic bodywork, nervous system support, somatic techniques, essential oils, and other natural wellness tools.
You don’t have to know exactly what you need before you schedule. Start with what you’re experiencing, and we’ll figure it out together.

90 Minutes • $135
120 Minutes • $180
Every massage is customized to you.
Some days you may need focused work for pain and tension. Other days your body may be asking for a slower, more relaxing session. Most often, we’ll use a combination of techniques based on what you’re experiencing that day.
Not sure how much time to schedule?
60 minutes is a great choice for a full-body massage or focused work on a few areas of concern.
90 minutes gives us more time for a full-body session while also spending extra time on areas that need attention.
120 minutes is ideal when you want a more comprehensive session with plenty of time to address multiple areas without feeling rushed. It also allows time for a slower pace, deeper relaxation, and more detailed bodywork where needed.
There’s no need to choose a specific massage technique when you book. We’ll talk about what’s going on and customize your session around what your body needs that day.
30 Minutes • $60
Sometimes you don’t need a full-body massage—you just need focused work on one problem area.
This 30-minute session is designed for targeted bodywork on a specific area of pain, tension, or discomfort. Depending on what we’re working on, your session may be done clothed or with traditional massage draping.
This may be a great option for concerns such as:
Tennis or golfer’s elbow
Headaches or migraines
TMJ and jaw tension
Neck and shoulder tension
Hip or low back discomfort
Plantar foot pain
A specific tight or overworked muscle
Other localized areas of pain or tension
Because we only have 30 minutes, this session is intended to focus on one primary area or concern rather than providing a full-body massage.
We’ll talk briefly about what’s bothering you and then spend the majority of your appointment doing focused work to help you move and feel better.

Sometimes the body is holding onto more than just muscle tension.
Somatic Bodywork is a gentle approach that helps you slow down, become more aware of what your body is communicating, and notice patterns of tension, holding, or discomfort that may be connected to stress or past experiences.
Rather than forcing the body to relax, we work with it—giving your body the time and space it needs to settle and let go at its own pace.
Your session may include gentle bodywork, body awareness, movement, breathing, and other techniques designed to support the nervous system and create a greater sense of ease and connection.
Sessions can be done fully clothed or with traditional massage draping, depending on the techniques we use and what feels most comfortable for you.
Somatic Bodywork may be especially helpful if you feel overwhelmed, disconnected from your body, stuck in recurring patterns of tension, or notice that stress and emotions tend to show up physically.

When you're short on time and you want to hit the reset button, AromaTouch is my top choice for you!
AromaTouch is a gentle 40 minute essential oil technique designed to create a deeply relaxing experience for both the body and mind.
Eight essential oils and oil blends are applied along the back and feet using light, rhythmic touch.
This is one of my favorite sessions for someone who feels stressed, depleted, or simply needs a few minutes where they don't have to do anything except receive.
When your nervous system has been under stress for a long time, it can be difficult to truly relax—even when nothing is technically wrong in the moment.
You might notice:
You feel like you're always “on”
Your mind has trouble slowing down
You become overwhelmed easily
You feel exhausted but can't fully relax
You carry tension throughout your body
You feel disconnected or numb
The same aches and pains keep returning
My nervous system sessions use gentle bodywork and calming techniques to help your body move out of that constant state of stress and experience more rest, connection, and ease.
Depending on your needs, we may incorporate Somatic Bodywork, AromaTouch, essential oils, emotional wellness tools, breath, movement, or other supportive techniques.
I believe wellness doesn't have to be complicated.
In addition to massage and bodywork, I help clients explore natural options that can support the way they want to feel in their everyday lives.
