I’ve been helping people feel better through massage therapy since 1999. I grew up in Southwest Louisiana, so this area has always been home to me.
Over the years, I’ve always been passionate about helping my clients find relief from pain. But my work has also grown into something more. I became especially interested in the nervous system and the role it can play in how we feel—physically and emotionally—which eventually led me to somatic bodywork.
Today, I combine more than 25 years of massage experience with therapeutic bodywork, nervous system support, somatic techniques, essential oils, and natural wellness tools.
Our bodies are pretty amazing. They can handle a lot—but sometimes life becomes a lot too.
Stress, difficult experiences, busy schedules, lack of rest, and everyday life can leave us feeling tense, overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or like we just can’t handle one more thing. Sometimes those things can even show up in the body as recurring pain or tension.
That’s why my work has grown into more than simply working on tight muscles. I love helping people slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and give their nervous system a chance to settle.
My goal is to create a space where you can breathe, relax, and feel supported—whether you’re hurting, feeling overwhelmed, or simply need some time to take care of yourself.
Natural wellness is another big part of what I love. Since 2012, I’ve been using essential oils personally and helping others learn simple, practical ways to incorporate them into everyday wellness.
Over the years, that has grown to include essential oils, supplements, emotional wellness tools, and other natural approaches. When appropriate, I enjoy helping clients explore options that may support their individual wellness goals.
You don’t have to know exactly what kind of session you need before you come in. We can talk about what you’re experiencing, what you’d like to feel differently, and decide together what may be most helpful for you.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you feel a little more at home in your body—and hopefully helping you breathe a little easier along the way.
